1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to JustConvert ("the App"), a currency, unit, and time conversion application for iPhone, operated by AmaliLabs L.L.C-FZ ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the UAE.

By downloading, installing, or using JustConvert ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AmaliLabs L.L.C-FZ.

2. Description of Service

JustConvert is a native iPhone application available on the Apple App Store that provides:

• Currency conversion across 120 fiat currencies with exchange rates updated daily
• Unit conversion across weight, distance, temperature, area, and speed
• Time conversion and world clock with city-based timezone lookup
• Calculator input for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division before conversion
• Conversion history stored locally on your device
• First-session onboarding that lets you configure currencies and places and use the production conversion flows before the paid-access gate
• Sharing through a locally generated app-link QR code, Copy link, or the iOS share sheet; conversion content is not shared

In v2.1.0, people whose active paid access is recognized complete the full setup journey without being asked to buy again at the final onboarding gate. People without active access are shown the paid-plan options. Earlier versions may require manual Restore to recognize an existing purchase during onboarding.

The App is portrait-only, requires no camera, location, contacts, or media permissions, and stores most data on your device. The App has no first-party account, public profile, social feature, user-generated content, or advertising inventory.

The public landing page, FAQs, support information, legal pages, and promotion pages (such as the Emirates Lifetime campaign in Annex A) are hosted at www.getjustconvert.com. App and campaign links may use static redirects and Apple campaign attribution tags. The retired legacy campaign-slug system no longer performs database campaign lookups or records JustConvert scan events.

3. Eligibility

The App does not implement age verification. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and agree to these Terms. The App has no social features, public user-generated content, or mature-content features.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use JustConvert for personal, non-commercial purposes including:

• Converting currencies, units, and times for personal reference
• Saving favorite currencies and cities for quicker access
• Reviewing your conversion history stored on your device

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures of the Service

4.3 Accuracy of Information

JustConvert is intended for informational and reference purposes only. Currency exchange rates are updated daily and sourced from third-party providers. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rates
• The suitability of conversion results for financial decisions
• Rates matching those offered by banks, currency exchanges, or financial institutions

You should not rely on JustConvert for financial, legal, or commercial transactions. Always verify rates with your bank or financial institution before making any financial decisions.

5. Exchange Rates and Data

5.1 Rate Sources

Exchange rates are sourced from third-party providers and updated daily via an automated server-side process. Rates represent mid-market reference rates and may differ from rates offered for actual currency transactions.

5.2 Rate Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date exchange rates but cannot guarantee:

• Real-time accuracy
• Rates matching those available through banks or money transfer services
• Uninterrupted availability of rate data

5.3 No Financial Advice

Nothing in JustConvert constitutes financial advice. Currency conversion results are for reference only.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Paid Access

JustConvert is a paid-access application. Access requires one of the following purchases:

• Monthly subscription: $1.99/month
• Yearly subscription: $9.99/year
• Lifetime purchase: $24.99 one-time payment

These options all unlock the same paid access to all seven converters; there are no separately gated feature tiers. The prices above are US-dollar examples, not a guarantee of pricing in every storefront. Localized pricing, taxes, billing cadence, and any applicable offer conditions shown by Apple at purchase govern the transaction. Options are presented during the App's paywall flow when active access has not already been recognized.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID. Purchase management, including subscription renewals and cancellations, is handled through your Apple ID account settings.

6.3 Introductory Offers and Legacy Transactions

The normal JustConvert purchase flow does not advertise or acquire a free trial. Apple and RevenueCat remain the source of truth for any transaction that began before this change; an already-started introductory transaction may continue according to Apple's terms and its active entitlement state.

6.4 Cancellation and plan changes

You may cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or via the App Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring and do not require cancellation.

Monthly subscribers may request a switch to Yearly through the App. The switch is handled by Apple and takes effect at the next renewal. The App does not represent that an immediate charge or immediate plan change has occurred. The App cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf. If you buy Lifetime while a Monthly or Yearly subscription is still set to renew, that subscription remains active and may continue to renew until you cancel it through Apple.

6.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple through their standard refund process. We do not process refunds directly.

6.6 Restore Purchases

You can restore previous purchases at any time through the App's paywall or plan management screen. Restore is handled through Apple's StoreKit and RevenueCat.

In v2.1.0, while onboarding is incomplete and an ordinary RevenueCat customer check does not show active access, the App may automatically synchronize Apple purchase history through RevenueCat. This can recognize eligible purchases redeemed externally through Apple. The App does not collect or validate the external offer code itself. Only an active RevenueCat entitlement grants access; an unsuccessful synchronization does not grant access or constitute a new purchase. Manual Restore remains available for recovery. Apple eligibility and RevenueCat purchase-association rules still apply.

6.7 Promotional Offers and Offer Codes

We may occasionally give free or discounted access through promotions, for example Apple offer codes for a defined group. Each promotion has its own conditions, published with it; for the Emirates Lifetime campaign they are in Annex A. Unless a promotion says otherwise:

• A promotional code is personal. It may not be sold, transferred, or published, and it has no cash value.
• Codes are redeemed in Apple's App Store under Apple's terms, on the Apple Account used to redeem them. Once redeemed, the access is governed by these Terms like a paid purchase of the same product.
• Codes that expire unredeemed are not replaced or extended.
• We may refuse or limit claims that look automated, duplicated, or otherwise abusive, and may pause or end a promotion early. Ending a promotion stops new claims; codes already delivered stay valid until their stated expiry.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

JustConvert and all related content, features, and functionality - including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and user interface - are owned by AmaliLabs L.L.C-FZ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

7.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 "As Is" Basis

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Exchange rate data depends on third-party sources and may be temporarily unavailable.

9.3 Accuracy Disclaimer

We do not warrant that exchange rates, unit conversions, or timezone data are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMALILABS L.L.C-FZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Financial losses arising from reliance on conversion results
• Any damages resulting from interruption or unavailability of the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR AED 100 (ONE HUNDRED UAE DIRHAMS), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Continue to make the updated Terms available at www.getjustconvert.com/terms

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. You may contact us at legal@getjustconvert.com to initiate this process.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14.3 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. EU/EEA users retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and AmaliLabs L.L.C-FZ regarding your use of JustConvert and supersede all prior agreements.

Annex A: Emirates Lifetime Campaign Terms

These campaign terms apply to the Emirates Lifetime campaign at www.getjustconvert.com/emirates, in addition to the rest of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If they conflict, this Annex applies to the campaign.

A.1 Organizer and independence. The campaign is run by AmaliLabs L.L.C-FZ, the operator of JustConvert. JustConvert is an independent app. The campaign is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Emirates or the Emirates Group, and it is not an employee benefit provided by them.

A.2 The offer. Eligible people can claim complimentary JustConvert Lifetime access: the same one-time Lifetime in-app purchase sold in the App, delivered as a personal Apple one-time-use offer code. No purchase, payment, subscription, or account is required, and there is no draw or element of chance.

A.3 Eligibility. You can claim if you can receive email at an @emirates.com address. Eligibility is checked only by entering a six-digit code sent to that mailbox. Other domains, including those of other Emirates Group companies, are not eligible. Redemption requires an Apple Account on an iPhone and an App Store storefront where JustConvert is available.

A.4 One code per address. One code is issued per email address. Addresses are compared ignoring letter case and surrounding spaces. Entering the same address again resends the same code after a new verification; no second code is issued.

A.5 Dates. New claims close on January 31, 2027 at 23:59 Dubai time (GST). Codes must be redeemed by March 2, 2027. Until the codes expire, people who already hold a code can have it resent. Codes that expire unredeemed are not replaced, extended, or exchanged for money or anything else.

A.6 Early end or pause. We may pause the campaign, or end it before January 31, 2027, for example if codes run out or the campaign is abused. This stops new claims only; codes already delivered stay valid until March 2, 2027.

A.7 Personal use and fair play. Codes are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or published. We may refuse, limit, or cancel undelivered claims that use automated tools, addresses the claimant does not control, or other abusive methods. Requests are rate-limited.

A.8 Redemption and existing subscriptions. Apple handles redemption under its own terms. Redeeming Lifetime does not cancel an existing JustConvert Monthly or Yearly subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account's subscription settings (see Section 6.4).

A.9 Your data. Your work email is used only to verify eligibility, send the verification and Lifetime emails, and prevent duplicate claims. It is never used for marketing. Details and retention are in Section 2.7 of our Privacy Policy.
