1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to JustConvert ("the App"), a currency, unit, and time conversion application for iPhone, operated by AmaliLabs L.L.C-FZ ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the UAE.
By downloading, installing, or using JustConvert ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AmaliLabs L.L.C-FZ.
2. Description of Service
JustConvert is a native iPhone application available on the Apple App Store that provides:
- Currency conversion across 120 fiat currencies with exchange rates updated daily
- Unit conversion across weight, distance, temperature, area, and speed
- Time conversion and world clock with city-based timezone lookup
- Calculator input for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division before conversion
- Conversion history stored locally on your device
- First-session onboarding that lets you configure currencies and places, use the production conversion flows, and then choose a paid plan
The App is portrait-only, requires no camera, location, contacts, or media permissions, and stores most data on your device. The App has no first-party account, public profile, social feature, user-generated content, or advertising inventory.

3. Eligibility
The App does not implement age verification. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and agree to these Terms. The App has no social features, public user-generated content, or mature-content features.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use JustConvert for personal, non-commercial purposes including:
- Converting currencies, units, and times for personal reference
- Saving favorite currencies and cities for quicker access
- Reviewing your conversion history stored on your device
4.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
- Attempt to circumvent any security measures of the Service
4.3 Accuracy of Information
JustConvert is intended for informational and reference purposes only. Currency exchange rates are updated daily and sourced from third-party providers. We make no guarantees regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rates
- The suitability of conversion results for financial decisions
- Rates matching those offered by banks, currency exchanges, or financial institutions
You should not rely on JustConvert for financial, legal, or commercial transactions. Always verify rates with your bank or financial institution before making any financial decisions.
5. Exchange Rates and Data
5.1 Rate Sources
Exchange rates are sourced from third-party providers and updated daily via an automated server-side process. Rates represent mid-market reference rates and may differ from rates offered for actual currency transactions.
5.2 Rate Accuracy
We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date exchange rates but cannot guarantee:
- Real-time accuracy
- Rates matching those available through banks or money transfer services
- Uninterrupted availability of rate data
5.3 No Financial Advice
Nothing in JustConvert constitutes financial advice. Currency conversion results are for reference only.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Paid Access
JustConvert is a paid-access application. Access requires one of the following purchases:
- Monthly subscription: $1.99/month
- Yearly subscription: $9.99/year
- Lifetime purchase: $24.99 one-time payment
These options are presented during the App's paywall flow.
6.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID. Purchase management, including subscription renewals and cancellations, is handled through your Apple ID account settings.
6.3 Introductory Offers and Legacy Transactions
The normal JustConvert purchase flow does not advertise or acquire a free trial. Apple and RevenueCat remain the source of truth for any transaction that began before this change; an already-started introductory transaction may continue according to Apple's terms and its active entitlement state.
6.4 Cancellation and plan changes
You may cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or via the App Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring and do not require cancellation.
Monthly subscribers may request a switch to Yearly through the App. The switch is handled by Apple and takes effect at the next renewal. The App does not represent that an immediate charge or immediate plan change has occurred. The App cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf. If you buy Lifetime while a Monthly or Yearly subscription is still set to renew, that subscription remains active and may continue to renew until you cancel it through Apple.
6.5 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple through their standard refund process. We do not process refunds directly.
6.6 Restore Purchases
You can restore previous purchases at any time through the App's paywall or plan management screen. Restore is handled through Apple's StoreKit and RevenueCat.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
JustConvert and all related content, features, and functionality - including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and user interface - are owned by AmaliLabs L.L.C-FZ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
7.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions.
8. Third-Party Services
JustConvert integrates with the following third-party services:

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 "As Is" Basis
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 No Guarantee of Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Exchange rate data depends on third-party sources and may be temporarily unavailable.
9.3 Accuracy Disclaimer
We do not warrant that exchange rates, unit conversions, or timezone data are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMALILABS L.L.C-FZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Financial losses arising from reliance on conversion results
- Any damages resulting from interruption or unavailability of the Service
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR AED 100 (ONE HUNDRED UAE DIRHAMS), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
- Continue to make the updated Terms available at www.getjustconvert.com/terms
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. You may contact us at legal@getjustconvert.com to initiate this process.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
14.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. EU/EEA users retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and AmaliLabs L.L.C-FZ regarding your use of JustConvert and supersede all prior agreements.
